There are various ways of making Gil in FFXIV, but most involve investing time that would be better spent crafting, undercutting or raiding. In this article we’ll focus on methods which offer highly rewarding returns with minimal effort – thus quickly becoming viable means for earning Gil.
Crafting
Crafting is one of the fastest ways to earn Gil in Final Fantasy XIV. Players can create items, consumables and materials they can sell on the Market Board to other players to quickly build up a fortune of Gil.
Fulfilling levequests can also help players accumulate Gil in large quantities, particularly during new patch cycles. Tradecraft Levequests tend to be among the most effective Ventures, offering high returns with minimal effort invested. Selling items on the Market Board such as Topsoil may also prove lucrative if done carefully; just make sure that prices don’t get undercut by other players!
